Let’s not compare this to Superman dying because some lackey afflicted kryptonite upon him. God is not susceptible to mortal dangers. It creates a conundrum: Mortal man can end the life of immortal God?

If we’re simply evolving organisms with no Creator, no one can arrive conclusively at a definitive event. If our evolution is fueled by chance and circumstances, no one can say any event is more significant than any other. Academics may as well debate the best lasagna recipes.

In summation, a Hell-dweller will forever suffer from unquenchable thirst and the insufferable stink of sulfur. Common sense screams that a person should do everything possible to avoid Hell as a dwelling place. Yet, the person doesn’t. What an amazing irony. If that person, while living on earth, moved to a place of incessant heat along with air continually terrorized by the smell of sulfur, he would exit as quickly as possible. No amount of money could keep him there.

Excellent common sense, rich man! You’ve hit the nail on the—. Hold on. Someone did come back from the dead. Namely, Jesus. Millions of people refuse to acknowledge that fact. Rich man, you’re speaking common sense. The problem is plenty of people never use common sense.

You will not be perfect in following Him, but His loving grace will cover you as you move closer and closer to Him in a thriving, expanding relationship. At this point, your common sense is serving you well.

Hindus roll the dice on reincarnation, which can cause a dead end. If you’re reincarnated as a tree, how do you possibly become a tree with good morals so that you can return to a higher life form in your next life? If you spend your tree-life badly, what do you become next? Asparagus? Brussel sprouts?

Suppose a life-threatening situation strikes April and me. Since we both are believers, we should be able to pray in this way: “Father, if all you did for us was to bring salvation into our lives so that we would enjoy eternity in Your paradise, and You did not help us in this life-threatening situation, it would be enough.”

Only two kinds of people exist temporarily on this planet. One guess might be men and women. Apparently, you aren’t aware of the new superstore, ‘Genders”R”Us?’ Don’t like your gender?
